Refund Policy

There is a 14 working day cooling off period from the purchase date of the box. After which time we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

If you exceed the 12 month license period without utilising your box you fall outside of the agreed license agreement period and will need to purchase another license.

Add Ons

There is a 14 working day cooling off period from the purchase date of the add on. After which time you will not receive a refunds.

If you exceed the 12 month license period without utilising your add ons, you forfeit the add ons and will not be refunded.

If you cancel the agreed add on activity 48 hours before the start date and time, you will not be able to rearrange your activity and you will not receive a refund.
